How do I get into the app for the first time?
Your dispatcher invites you from the TransferCRM web panel. You'll receive an email with a one-tap link that opens the app, sets your password, and signs you in. Links expire after 7 days — ask your dispatcher to resend if it lapses.
What is the magic-link sign-in?
If you'd rather not type a password, choose 'Sign in with a one-tap link' on the login screen. Enter your workspace and email; we'll email you a link that signs you in when tapped. Links are valid for 15 minutes and work only once.
I forgot my password.
Use the magic-link sign-in (see above). No password reset is needed. If you'd still like to set a new password, ask your dispatcher to resend your invite — accepting it lets you set a fresh password.
Why is the app asking for location permission?
Your dispatcher needs to see where you are during active trips so they can coordinate pickups and update passengers. The app stops reporting your location automatically when no trip is active. You can revoke at any time in your phone's Settings → TransferCRM Driver → Location, but the schedule will then be the only feature available. How location data is stored and for how long is covered in the driver privacy policy.
Why is the schedule empty?
Either your dispatcher hasn't assigned trips to you yet, or you've filtered the view (try the 'Today' / 'Upcoming' tabs at the top). Pull down to refresh.
What do the travel-status buttons do?
They let your dispatcher know where you are in the trip — En route → At pickup → In transit → Complete. Each tap is sent in real time. Tapping a status by accident? Tap the next one (or the previous one if your dispatcher allows it).
How are my earnings calculated?
Each trip carries a driver payout set by your employer, displayed on the trip card and totalled on the Earnings screen. The exact rules — fixed amount, percentage of trip price, per-kilometre — are configured by your employer in TransferCRM. If something looks wrong, talk to your dispatcher first.
I lost my phone — how do I sign in on a new one?
Install the app on the new phone and choose 'Sign in with a one-tap link'. Your previous device will be signed out automatically when you accept the link. Your employer can also force a sign-out remotely if needed.
How do I sign out?
Settings → Log out. This clears all data on the device, including offline cached trips, and your push token is deleted immediately — see the driver privacy policy for details. The next sign-in starts fresh.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account, or email hello@transfercrm.com. Your employer is notified before deletion completes so they can settle any pending payouts. What gets erased — and what must be retained for accounting — is explained in the driver privacy policy.
