Найкраща програма для польської транспортної компанії — порівняння 2026
Poland's passenger-transport software market splits into four worlds: coach and minibus fleet systems, desktop programs for international door-to-door routes, ticketing platforms for scheduled lines, and taxi dispatch systems. A company running premium transfers — airports, corporate clients, hotels — has never had a dedicated Polish-language tool. Here is what's actually on the market, with prices from public price lists.
Honest disclosure: TransferCRM is our product, so we have a stake in this comparison. That's why competitor prices and features are quoted from their public pages (as of August 2026), and for every tool we say who it genuinely fits — including when the answer isn't us.

PlanBus — for coach and minibus fleets
PlanBus is a mature Polish system for coach and minibus rental companies: an order calendar, client, quote, vehicle and driver modules, service and insurance reminders, scheduled lines, and employee transport. Pricing is transparent and fleet-friendly: from PLN 49.90 net per vehicle per month (cheaper at scale), with a one-off setup of PLN 500–2,900.
What's missing: online booking for the end client (forms are a paid add-on), a driver app, flight tracking, and multi-language support. For a coach company it can be the right choice; for premium airport transfers it's a tool from a different category.
Asystent Przewozu — the desktop veteran of PL–DE routes
A Windows-installed program specialised in international door-to-door passenger transport (Poland–Germany–Austria): passenger lists, route planning, DE/AT tax settlements, an invoicing module, even a simple driver app. The purchase model is from another era: a PLN 3,500 one-off licence, an online booking form for an extra PLN 1,000, a client panel for PLN 4,000.
If you run international minibus routes and prefer a one-off purchase over a subscription, it has its logic. Desktop architecture, however, means single-computer work, manual updates, and no real-time cloud collaboration.
Bus-Ekspert — ticket sales, not a CRM
Bus-Ekspert solves a different problem: online ticket sales for scheduled lines, with timetables, dynamic pricing, and a driver module. The billing model is a commission on tickets sold (rate negotiated individually). Sensible for a line operator; simply a different product category for a transfer company pricing individual rides.
Tiskel Cloud — the Polish taxi standard
Tiskel is Poland's most popular taxi fleet system: dispatch, driver and passenger apps, a web booker, a virtual fiscal cash register, PBX and SMS integrations. The interface is available in six languages. Pricing — on request.
The product profile is instant jobs and taxi fleets. Premium transfers work differently: advance bookings, flight tracking, meet & greet, consolidated invoices for companies and hotels, per-client price lists. You can partially configure this in a taxi system — but you'll be working against the tool's grain.
TransferCRM — built exactly for premium transfers
TransferCRM is the system missing from this table: a CRM for transfer and chauffeur companies, in Polish and nine other languages. Advance bookings, a dispatch board, zone and hourly price lists per client, flight tracking that shifts pickups automatically, a driver app, a commission-free booking widget for your website, invoicing (including consolidated corporate invoices), and payments on your own Stripe account — with no per-ride markup.
Pricing: from €39/month, 14 days free, no setup fee, no fixed-term contract. If your product is airport transfers, hotel work, DMCs, and corporate clients — this is a tool built 1:1 for that operating model.
How to choose — by company profile
- Coach rental, employee transport: PlanBus — per-vehicle pricing and fleet modules are a natural fit.
- International door-to-door minibuses: Asystent Przewozu (desktop, one-off purchase) — or TransferCRM if you want cloud and online booking.
- Scheduled lines with tickets: Bus-Ekspert — ticketing is what it does by definition.
- Taxi fleet: Tiskel — that's its home market.
- Premium transfers, airports, hotels, corporate clients: TransferCRM — the only tool in this comparison built directly for the segment.
Frequently asked questions
How much does passenger transport software cost in Poland?
The range is wide: from PLN 49.90 net per vehicle monthly (PlanBus, coaches), through a PLN 3,500 one-off licence (Asystent Przewozu, desktop), to SaaS subscriptions of €39–249/month (TransferCRM). Taxi and ticketing systems usually don't publish prices. Watch for one-off setup fees and paid add-ons (booking forms, client panels) — they can exceed a year's subscription.
How does premium transfer software differ from a taxi system?
By job profile: taxi means instant street and app jobs; premium transfers mean advance bookings, flight tracking, fixed per-client price lists, meet & greet, and consolidated corporate invoices. Tools built for one rarely do the other well.
Is there Polish software for airport transfer companies?
For years there was no dedicated Polish tool for the premium segment — companies used minibus systems, taxi software, or spreadsheets. TransferCRM fills that gap: a full Polish interface (plus 9 languages), Polish invoicing with KSeF support, and zone price lists built for Polish airports.
What should I check before choosing?
Five things: can clients book online on your website (commission-free?), does the driver get an app with statuses, does the system track flights, can you issue consolidated corporate invoices, and how many languages does the interface and passenger communication support. Most generic tools fail on these five points.
