Najlepszy software dla firm transferowych w Portugalii — porównanie 2026

Search for transfer-company software in Portugal and you'll mostly find TVDE fleet-management tools — built for weekly Uber and Bolt driver payouts, not for advance bookings, hotels and international clients. Dedicated tools for tourist and executive transfers exist, but they are few. We compared what's actually on the market, with prices from public price lists.

Transparency: TransferCRM is our product, so we have a stake in this comparison. Competitor prices and features come from their public pages (August 2026), and for each tool we say who it genuinely fits — even when that choice isn't us.

First: transfer software ≠ TVDE fleet management

Frota360, GIROSOFT, MyTVDE and similar tools solve a different problem: importing Uber and Bolt earnings, computing commissions and paying drivers. They are platform back-offices, not booking systems — no route quoting, no booking widget, no flight tracking, no hotel invoicing. If your business is pre-booked transfers, you need a different category of tool.

Transfergest — the biggest local player

Transfergest is Portugal's reference for transfer and tourist-transport management, with a driver app, an operators' area, online bookings and job exchange between partners — useful in a market where Algarve and Lisbon operators farm work to each other daily. The commercial model rests on personalised plans (no public base prices) with a €140 setup and paid extras: booking engine €250 + €18/month, invoicing via Moloni €95 + €7/month, Easypay payments €3/month.

The limits: invoicing relies on a paid external integration, flight tracking isn't documented, and the interface stops at PT and EN — short when the end client is German, French or Polish. And without public prices, comparing costs means requesting a quote.

TransfersGo — the modern Algarve challenger

TransfersGo is the most visually current local tool: driver schedules, a driver app, zone and per-km price tables, real-time GPS, a booking widget and SMS/WhatsApp alerts. Clear pricing: Lite €39/month (2 drivers), Standard €55/month (8 drivers), plus a €195 setup — no trial period.

Driver limits per plan are tight, invoicing runs through an external integration, there's no flight tracking, and the interface is Portuguese-only. For a small local operation it works; for growth into international clientele, it runs short.

Anolla — the international generalist

Anolla shows up in Portuguese searches as an international chauffeur platform: a free entry plan, a usage-based model (rates not published), 26 languages and driver plus client apps, with flight tracking as an add-on. Functionally it's the closest to a full CRM among the alternatives — with the caveat that real costs depend on usage and only become clear in production.

TransferCRM — built for transfer companies living off international clients

TransferCRM bundles into one plan what the local market spreads across paid extras: bookings and dispatch, flight tracking with automatic pickup rescheduling, a driver app, a commission-free booking widget for your site, zone and per-client price lists, integrated invoicing (including consolidated invoices for hotels and agencies) and payments on YOUR own Stripe account, with no percentage on rides.

The interface runs in Portuguese and nine other languages — confirmations reach an English client in English and a German one in German. Pricing from €39/month, 14 days free, no setup fee. For tourist and executive transfer operators with international clientele, it's the only complete package on the market.

How to choose — by operation profile

  • TVDE fleet working for Uber/Bolt: Frota360 or similar — earnings and commission management is exactly that product.
  • Small local operation, Portuguese market only: TransfersGo (clear pricing) or Transfergest (strong partner network).
  • Tourist and executive transfers with international clients: TransferCRM — multilingual, flight tracking, widget and invoicing in one plan.

Frequently asked questions

How much does transfer software cost in Portugal?

Local tools run €39–55/month with a €140–195 initial setup and paid extras (booking engine, invoicing). TransferCRM starts at €39/month with no setup. Watch the first-year total: extras and setup can double the bill versus the headline subscription.

Does transfer software work for TVDE?

They're different categories: TVDE management handles platform earnings and driver commissions; transfer software handles advance bookings, quotes, flight tracking and client invoicing. An operation doing both typically needs both tools — or should concentrate on the better-margin segment.

Why does flight tracking matter so much?

Because most transfers in Portugal start at an airport. Without tracking, every delay means phone calls and paid waiting; with it, the pickup adjusts itself to the real landing time and the driver leaves at the right moment. None of the local tools documents it — one of the market's biggest gaps.

What about Portuguese invoicing?

Check whether the system issues compliant invoices and how: in local tools invoicing is often a paid external integration (e.g. Moloni). In TransferCRM invoicing is part of the plan, including consolidated monthly invoices for corporate accounts and hotels.
