An hourly booking starts with a pickup and a duration. Add known stops and instructions without having to name a final destination.
Separate the booked hours from the overrun
We use the overtime terms saved with the booking. A later tariff change does not replace the agreed overtime rate.
Know what the subcontractor costs
The passenger fare and the partner's cost are separate. A partner's day rate and driver nights belong on the purchase side.

Hourly rates and minimum hours
Set hourly tariffs by vehicle class, with minimum hours and billing increments. We apply those terms when calculating the booked hire.
Waiting with its own terms
Pickup waiting is recorded separately from the hire duration. Configure free waiting minutes, the per-minute rate and a chargeable waiting cap in the tariff.
The driver's view of the job
The driver app shows the pickup, booked duration, stops and driver notes. Drivers update travel statuses; the office can review the recorded times.
Overtime from recorded time
After completion, we calculate chargeable extra minutes at the saved rate, less the grace period. Manually priced jobs and overruns above the automatic limit stay for office review.
Partner day rates and driver nights
For hourly jobs bought from a partner, we can use their day rate under your partner rules. Configured driver nights apply between consecutive days of a series, or stay manual.
The passenger's view of the booking
The passenger portal shows booking details and the balance. Share the tracking link for driver details and live location when available; the branded passenger app is a PWA.
Questions about hourly chauffeur hire
Can we book an as-directed service without a destination?
Yes. Choose an hourly booking, enter the pickup and booked hours, then add any known stops and instructions. We do not require a final destination for hourly hire.
How is overtime billed?
We use recorded duration and the rate, included time and grace period saved with the booking. Eligible extra time is added after completion, per minute. Manually priced jobs, bookings linked to a tour and more than four chargeable extra hours go to office review instead.
Can we use day rates and charge driver nights?
Yes, for partner costs on hourly jobs where their rate card provides them. Choose the day rate when cheaper, only for a multi-day series, or whenever available. Driver nights can apply between consecutive series days or be added manually. These rules do not set the passenger's selling price.
What does TransferCRM cost?
Monthly plans are Starter €49, Pro €149, Business €329 and Enterprise on request. We offer a 14-day trial and unlimited drivers and vehicles. Passenger card payments use your own Stripe account, with 0% TransferCRM commission on rides.
