How does flight tracking work?
On Pro and up, add a flight number to follow its status. For a delayed arrival, TransferCRM can move the airport pickup later using the revised arrival time and airport buffer, and notify the assigned driver.
Can I price transfers by airport and zone?
Yes. Build price lists per airport, zone, vehicle class or fixed route, and the correct fare is applied automatically on every booking and on your online widget.
Does it handle meet-and-greet and waiting time?
Yes. Terminal, gate, name-board text and passenger contact are carried to the driver's app, and waiting-time rules plus no-show holds are built into the booking and payment flow.
Is it suitable for a small operator?
