• European Commission — VIES — Validation of VAT numbers against the national VAT registers. For a sole trader the VAT number can be personal data. Services that receive no personal data

Processed on your instruction under your own contract with the provider: we pass the data on, and the provider is not our sub-processor.

• Your own mail server (SMTP) or Google (Gmail) account for sending e-mail
• Stripe and PayPal accounts for payments by your clients
• SMS providers (for example Twilio, SMSAPI)
• WhatsApp Business (Meta)
• Accounting, invoicing and e-invoicing (for example Fakturownia, wFirma, QuickBooks, Xero, InvoiceXpress, KSeF, Peppol, SdI)
• Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook calendars
• Your telephone system, for call notifications
