Your brand, on your client's home screen

A white-label passenger app for every brand you run

TransferCRM turns your client portal into an installable app that carries your name, your icon and your colours — handed out with a link or a QR code, live the same day. No app store, no review queue, no per-app fee.

  • One app per brand
  • No app store
  • Live the same day

"Where is my car?"

It is the message every dispatcher gets, and it always lands at the worst minute — the driver is circling arrivals and two other jobs are waiting. The answer already exists in your system. The passenger just has no way to see it.

The tracking link gets buried

You send it once, by SMS, hours before pickup. By the time the passenger lands it sits under boarding passes and hotel confirmations — so they ring the office instead.

A booking form is not a relationship

A page a client visits twice a year is forgotten between rides. An icon on the home screen is a standing invitation to book again — and it carries your name, not a marketplace's.

Custom apps price you out

A native app means a developer, two store accounts, a review queue and a fresh submission every time you change a colour. Most operators price it once and never do it.

What your passenger sees

The screens a client actually uses, built for one thumb in a hotel lobby — not a dashboard squeezed onto a phone.

The next trip, first

Opening the app shows one thing: when the car comes, who is driving, which vehicle, and a button to follow it live. Everything else is one tap away.

Live tracking without signing in

The link in your pickup SMS opens straight into the map. A passenger who never signs in still watches the car approach — the shortest path from "where is my car" to an answer.

Notifications that earn the buzz

Four moments only: chauffeur confirmed, car on the way, chauffeur arrived, and a thank-you that asks for a rating. In the passenger's language, under your brand.

Book, pay, keep a card on file

Passengers request the next ride, settle a trip or an invoice by card or PayPal, and save a card for next time — on the payment provider's own hosted page, so card numbers never touch us.

It still works without signal

In a hotel garage with no bars, the app keeps showing the next pickup and the driver's phone number from the last sync.

Nothing to remember

Sign-in is an email link or a six-digit code — no password for a client to invent, forget, or reuse from another site.

Three brands? Three apps. The same afternoon.

If you run a premium chauffeur line, an airport shuttle and a partner label, they are three businesses — and they should not share one icon. In TransferCRM every brand installs as its own app, with its own name, icon, colours and notifications. They sit side by side on the same phone when a passenger uses two of them.

A separate identity per brand

Each brand keeps its own name and icon on the home screen. A passenger of one brand never sees another brand's trips, mail or notifications.

Separate notifications per brand

Every brand app registers its own push channel, so a phone carrying two of your apps gets each brand's messages under the right icon.

Your plan sets how many

The number of brands your plan allows is the number of apps you can run — two on Pro, five on Business, unlimited on Enterprise.

No app store. That is the feature.

The app installs from a link or a QR code you hand out yourself. Nothing is submitted, nothing is reviewed, nothing waits.

Hand it out your way

Put the link in your confirmation email and SMS footer, or print the QR on a card in the seat pocket. One tap and it is on their home screen.

Changes go live at once

New colour, new icon, new wording — live on the next launch. No new build, no submission, no waiting on a reviewer.

Nothing to maintain

No developer accounts, no yearly store fees, no forced SDK upgrades. It is a web address that behaves like an app.

Switched on by you, today

Three steps in Settings. No call with us, no onboarding project, no invoice for a build.

  1. 1

Turn it on for the brand

Open Settings → Brands, pick the brand and enable the passenger app.

  2. 2

    Give it a face

Upload a square icon or generate a clean monogram from the brand's initials, then set the theme colour. Every size iOS and Android need is produced for you.

  3. 3

    Share the link

Copy the app link or download the QR code, and put it where your clients already look.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a real app or just a website?+

It installs like an app and behaves like one: its own icon on the home screen, its own window with no browser bar, notifications, and a screen that still works offline. It is built as a Progressive Web App, so it reaches your clients as a web address instead of a store download.

Will it be in the App Store or on Google Play?+

No, and that is deliberate. Store distribution adds a review queue, developer accounts and a new submission for every change. Your passengers install from a link or a QR code you control, and every update is live the moment you save it.

How does a passenger install it on an iPhone?+

In Safari they tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen" — the app walks them through it with a short visual prompt at the right moment. On Android, Chrome offers a one-tap install. Notifications on iPhone begin working once the app is on the home screen, which the app also explains.

Can each of my brands have its own app?+

Yes. Every brand can have its own app with its own name, icon, colours and notifications, and two of them can live on the same phone without ever mixing. How many you can run follows the brand allowance of your plan.

What can passengers actually do in it?+

See upcoming and past trips, follow the car live, request a new ride, pay for a trip or an invoice, keep a card on file and rate a finished ride — in ten languages, in your branding.

What happens if a client loses their phone?+

Open their profile and revoke their sessions. Every device they signed in on is signed out at once and their notifications stop. They get back in with a fresh sign-in link.
