White label
Your passengers book with your name in view
We put your identity on the booking form, customer pages and emails. Use your own web address and a verified sender on your domain, while your office manages the work in TransferCRM.
Included from the Business plan
- Your booking address
- Your verified email sender
- Your logo and colours
What passengers see
Keep your identity beside the booking
A passenger should recognise the company they booked with when opening a confirmation or checking a journey. Your brand settings supply the name, logo, colours and contact details used on these customer pages and messages.
Logo and colours
Upload your logo and choose your primary and accent colours. Preview the identity in the brand editor before saving the changes your customers will see.
A booking form under your name
White label removes our credit from the embedded booking widget and hosted booking page. The passenger stays with the identity of your transfer service.
Recognisable confirmations
Set the sender name, reply address and footer for your brand. Your passenger can recognise the booking confirmation and knows where to send a reply.
Your name in the browser
On a white-label workspace address, the default browser title uses your company name, with your icon or initials. Our marketing pages are excluded from customer domains.
Your web address
Give customer links a home on your domain
Add a booking subdomain in Settings, point its DNS records to the destination shown and follow its status. We activate the domain and HTTPS certificate; once it is active, you can choose it as the primary address.
Keep your existing website
Use a dedicated booking subdomain alongside your current website. The domain screen provides the destination to copy into DNS and flags an address pointing elsewhere.
See the setup stage
The screen distinguishes waiting for DNS, awaiting activation, setup in progress and active. You can check DNS again without guessing whether the address is ready.
Activation handled by us
Correct DNS starts our activation step; it does not switch the domain on instantly. We configure HTTPS and email your owners and administrators when it is active.
Customer links follow your choice
Once selected as primary, the active domain is used for customer links such as journey tracking, quotes and the client portal. Installed passenger PWAs keep their existing address.
Your outgoing mail
Send from an address your customers know
The web address and email sender are separate settings. For outgoing mail, enter an address on a domain you control and publish the supplied DNS record. We verify that record before sending with your address.
Choose your company address
Select TransferCRM's default mail service in Settings → Emails and enter your company address. Verification requires DNS access to your own domain; a personal public-provider mailbox will not work.
Verify with a DNS record
Copy the supplied DKIM record into your domain settings and check it from the panel. The sender becomes active only after the record is verified.
Know when verification fails
We regularly check your sender domain. If the sender loses its verified status, mail sent through our default service uses the workspace address until verification is restored.
Choose the appropriate plan
Business includes white label and custom domains. Starter and Pro can add white label separately, so you can choose branding without moving every other feature up a tier.
