Brand identities

Keep the identity your passengers recognise

Adding further brands is paused. Existing brands remain available: edit their identity, assign them to clients and orders, and keep the name passengers recognise across the customer experience while your office manages bookings together.

The face your customer sees

Give an existing brand a consistent identity

Passengers should recognise the name they booked with in the next message. Review an existing identity in its editor, from its logo and colours to contact details and signature.

  • Set the name and colours

Edit an existing brand's trading name, logo, primary colour and accent colour. Keep its customer presentation recognisable without creating another workspace for the people who run the bookings.

  • Choose how the company appears

Set the displayed legal name and optional 'a brand of' line. These presentation choices help explain the relationship between your trading name and company where that wording is appropriate.

  • Keep contact details together

Save the brand's reply-to address, phone, website and footer text in its identity. Review the details customers use to reply or find you alongside the name they booked with.

  • Preview the customer presentation

The editor offers previews for email, an invoice, the passenger app and a meet sign. Check how the same identity reads across these formats before saving your changes.

One office, recognisable names

Keep the brand visible with the work

Existing brands show the office which name a client or booking uses. Your team works from shared operational records, with the brand chosen directly or inherited from the client's settings.

  • Assign clients and orders

Assign an existing brand to a client or choose one for an order. Where the order has no explicit choice, its client's brand is used before the workspace default.

  • Keep a default identity

The default brand provides the fallback when a record does not name another brand directly or through its client. It gives the shared office a defined identity for those bookings.

  • Preserve document branding

Quotes accepted through the customer link and issued invoices keep a snapshot of their brand identity. Later brand changes do not replace that saved identity.

  • See where brands are used

The brand list shows assigned client counts and bookings created this month, with badges for the default identity, passenger app and booking widget where applicable. Open a brand to edit it.

What is available today

Review the identity you already use

Maintain brands already on your account while additional brand creation remains paused. Review email sending, the passenger app and white label alongside the visual identity: each has its own settings and requirements.

  • Existing brands keep working

Adding further brands is currently unavailable. Brands already present remain usable and editable; the pause does not remove their existing identities or stop the office using them on its records.

  • Check the actual sending address

An existing brand can use its own sending account after configuration and a successful test message. Changing the sender's display name alone does not change the email address customers see.

  • Share a branded passenger app

From Pro, an eligible existing brand can have a passenger web app with its own identity and a shareable link or QR code. Passengers install it through their browser.

  • Consider white label separately

A custom domain and removal of TransferCRM branding are separate from managing brand identities. These options are included on Business or available through the white label add-on.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add a second brand today?

Adding further brands is currently paused, including when your plan has room for another brand. Existing brands keep working and can still be edited and used on clients and orders. You can review the identity already on your account, but should not choose a plan on the assumption that another brand can be created now.

Which plan covers more than one brand?

Brand capacity is a plan allowance: Starter includes one brand, Pro two, Business three and Enterprise an unlimited number. This is why Pro is listed for multi-brand capacity. The allowance and current availability are separate: adding further brands remains paused even if the account is below its plan's limit.

Can an existing brand send from its own email address?

Yes. Configure the brand's own sending account and verify it by sending a test message. The account must be active before it is used for sending. A display name and a reply-to address are separate settings; entering either one does not itself establish a new outgoing email address.

Does each brand have a separate office or fleet?

Existing brands share the workspace's office and fleet. They identify the name presented to the customer and the brand used on the relevant records. They should not be treated as separate company books or a promise of isolated staff access: review them as customer identities within the operation you already manage.

Is the passenger app a store app or white label?

The per-brand passenger app is a web app available from Pro for eligible brands, shared by link or QR code and installed through a browser. It is not an App Store or Google Play release. A custom domain and removal of TransferCRM branding are separate white label options, included on Business or available as an add-on.
