TransferCRM stores bookings and ride details; it does not automatically generate a statutory route sheet or submit RVTC reports.

The system does not determine whether a licence permits a ride in a particular territory. Your team must check that permission.

Yes. VTC operators can manage bookings, dispatch, drivers and the booking widget in one place. Licence conditions and statutory reporting, including RVTC, need a separate review; these records are not an automatic submission.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at 49 EUR/month with no per-ride commission and no setup fee.

Is it available in Spanish?

Yes. TransferCRM is fully native in Spanish and nine other languages, so your dispatchers, drivers and corporate clients each work in their own language.

Can I move over from spreadsheets?

Yes. Import clients and vehicles from CSV, configure your rates and review the imported data before taking bookings.

Is there a free version?

There is a 14-day free trial and it needs no card. After that, plans start at 49 EUR a month, with no commission on rides. Your own bookings and rides you hand to partners yourself are included in your plan at no extra charge. For larger operators and networks, Business and Enterprise add automatic sales through your carriers: your booking widget prices rides from your carriers' rates and hands each one on by itself — 200 bookings a month included, then €1.50 each.
