Stripe payments
Your passengers pay into your Stripe account
Connect your company's Stripe account to collect transfer payments where you manage the booking. Send a payment link, charge a saved card or place a card hold, with the payment record beside the ride.
Included in every plan
- Your own Stripe account
- 0% TransferCRM payment commission
- Payment links and saved cards
Your account
Keep passenger payments in your business
You bring your Stripe account and its payment terms. We connect it to your bookings so your office can ask for payment and see the result without maintaining a separate list of who has paid.
Connect your own keys
An owner or administrator enters the secret and publishable keys together in payment settings. We verify the account and show whether it uses live or test mode.
No payment commission from us
Passenger charges are created in your Stripe account. TransferCRM takes 0% payment commission; Stripe's own processing fees and your TransferCRM subscription remain separate costs.
Payment updates reach the booking
We register a webhook in your Stripe account to receive payment results. Confirmed payments update the booking even when the passenger closes the browser after paying.
Check the connection
Use the connection test to check credentials, payment readiness and the webhook. Settings show problems and let you retry webhook setup when it needs attention.
Collecting payment
Offer a payment route for each booking
A new passenger can pay through a link or your booking form. A returning client can keep a card for later use. Your office sees the balance still owed, including after a part payment.
Send the outstanding balance
Create a Stripe payment link from the ride. The amount follows the booking's outstanding balance, so an earlier recorded deposit reduces what you ask the passenger to pay.
Methods your account supports
Checkout offers eligible methods enabled in your Stripe account. These can include cards, wallets, BLIK or Przelewy24 for PLN; availability depends on the account and currency.
Keep a card with consent
The client adds a card on a Stripe page for later payments. You see its brand, last four digits and expiry; Stripe holds the card details.
Collect invoice payments too
With invoicing from Pro, create a payment link for an invoice's unpaid balance. The payment belongs to that invoice and uses your company's own Stripe account.
After the booking
Handle holds, balances and refunds from the ride
A reserved amount and received money mean different things to your office. We keep those states separate, with actions for collecting a balance, settling a hold or returning money against an existing payment.
Reserve funds on a card
Enable no-show protection and choose the percentage to authorise. Eligible payment flows reserve funds on a card; this is a hold, not a collected deposit.
Charge a saved card
From the order, charge the outstanding balance or place a hold on an available saved card. If the bank requires authentication, send the client a payment link.
Capture or release a hold
The dispatcher can capture an active hold or release it from the order. Capturing collects money; releasing frees the reserved amount without recording it as payment.
Return an eligible payment
Open a recorded Stripe payment, enter a refund amount and review it before sending. The available amount and any dispute restrictions determine what can be returned.
