Partner settlements
Know what you owe each partner, and why
Bring subcontractor balances, ride details and payment records into one account. TransferCRM lets you review a period, issue a statement and follow the money recorded against it, in each settlement currency.
Included from the Pro plan
- Balances in both directions
- Statements with PDF and CSV
- Payments recorded with their reference
Start with the account
See which partners need your attention
A list of completed journeys is only part of a settlement. Start with the partner's account to see posted balances, rides waiting for a statement and the deadlines attached to amounts owed.
Balances in both directions
See what your company owes a subcontractor and what they owe back. The account shows the direction of each balance instead of treating every entry as a payout.
Each currency keeps its balance
Read balances separately for each settlement currency. Your currency policy determines whether amounts remain separate or are converted, keeping the account's figures meaningful when currencies differ.
Find the accounts still open
Search for a partner and filter accounts by amounts you owe, amounts owed to you or open items. Rides awaiting a statement remain visible alongside posted balances.
Terms and due dates together
Use settlement rules for the period, payment terms and document language. The account shows maturities, so a balance and the date it becomes due can be read together.
Review, then issue
Give both sides the same statement to work from
Check the proposed lines before issuing the document. A numbered statement keeps the amounts and details from that issue, giving your office and the subcontractor a common reference for the period.
Preview the period's lines
Open the account to review the next statement's lines and currency totals. Missing exchange rates and unresolved items are surfaced alongside the preview for the office to review.
Issued figures stay on record
The statement preserves its parties, lines, exchange rates and deadlines as issued. Later changes to live booking details do not silently rewrite the financial document you already shared.
Download PDF and CSV
Use the PDF as the readable statement and the CSV for its individual lines. Both are generated from the issued statement, so they refer to the same recorded figures.
Send the statement by email
Email the statement with PDF and CSV attachments to the partner or a chosen recipient. The account keeps the sending date and recipient after a successful send.
Keep the account current
Record what happened after the statement
A transfer made, an amount received or an agreed correction changes the account's position. Record each operation with its context so the next review has more than a changed total to explain.
Record outgoing and incoming payments
Enter the amount, currency, date, method and reference for money paid or received. These are payment records on the account; bank transfers are made through your usual banking service.
Keep the partner's invoice reference
Record a partner invoice reference against the statement. If your settlement rules require their invoice, that reference is required before recording an outgoing payment against it.
Adjustments with a stated reason
Add an account adjustment with an amount, currency, effective date and reason. Include a note or link it to a ride when that context belongs with the correction.
Controlled access to account operations
Owners, administrators and accountants can work with settlement accounts. Payment and adjustment entries can be voided with a reason, leaving the correction visible in the account's history.
