Airport pickup — the dispatcher's SOP
At booking: flight number captured and attached; pickup time linked to the flight, not typed as free text.
Day before: assignment confirmed — chauffeur, vehicle class, name-board name; special requests (child seat, extra luggage) staged.
Landing minus ~90 min: verify the flight is tracked and the ETA is live; reassign proactively if the roster changed.
On delay: pickup shifts with the actual ETA; confirm the chauffeur acknowledged the push notification.
Landing: chauffeur marks 'on location'; if the status is missing, call before the passenger clears arrivals — not after.
Waiting clock: monitor included waiting from the later of the booked pickup time and the driver’s arrival; contact the client about paid waiting before it starts.
No-show path: after the included wait, run the contact procedure (call passenger, call booker, document attempts) before releasing the car.
Completion: when automatic invoicing is switched on, a completed ride can issue its invoice; partner rides keep their reference for the consolidated invoice.
Every timestamp in this flow doubles as your evidence trail — for the client, and for the booking-record duties most European regimes impose.
