Work through the checklist

We bring the relevant records together so your team can check the facts before moving on.

  1. Licences verified and copied: driving licence, passenger-transport permit or card required in your country, ID.

  2. Medical/psychological certificates valid where required — expiry dates entered into the system with reminders.

  3. Criminal-record and background checks completed per your market's rules; documented in the driver file.

  4. Contract, wage or settlement model, and confidentiality signed — including the no-poaching rule for partner guests.

  5. Vehicle familiarisation: assigned car, fuel/charging routine, cleaning standard, damage-reporting procedure.

  6. Driver app installed and tested: login, ride statuses, navigation handoff, photo/signature capture where used.

  7. Communication standard trained: greeting script, dress code, phone etiquette, what never to discuss with guests.

  8. Meet & greet procedure walked through physically at the airport — meeting points, parking, name-board standard.

  9. Escalation paths memorised: breakdown, accident, no-show, aggressive passenger, lost property — who to call, in what order.

  10. First three rides shadowed or reviewed: dispatch checks statuses, timing and client feedback before full release.

  11. Payout and expense rules explained: fuel cards, tolls, parking receipts, gratuities — what's reimbursed and how.

  12. Driver file complete in the system: documents, expiry alerts, assigned vehicle, emergency contact.

Checklists

How TransferCRM helps

We bring the relevant records together so your team can check the facts before moving on.

  • Drivers

On the driver’s record, we keep the Documents section alongside their details so the office can review their file.

  • Tasks

We let you assign follow-up work to a named person and set a deadline on the Tasks screen.

Practical questions

Do we need an account to print this?

No. We provide the checklist without registration. Use the print button; navigation and promotional sections are left off the sheet.

Can we use it outside TransferCRM?

Yes. The procedure can be followed on paper. The product notes show where we keep the corresponding records in TransferCRM.

What if a check fails?

Keep that step open, record what is missing and give someone responsibility for the follow-up. Agree when it must be checked again before continuing.
